Full-mouth reconstructions show even larger gaps. All-on-4 implants run $20,000 to $35,000 in the US. In Mexico, $6,000 to $10,000, per Medical Tourism Packages (2026).
Costa Rica tells a similar story. A dental crown costs $350 to $600 versus $1,200 in the US, per Global Citizen Solutions (2026). The Costa Rican Health Chamber (Promed) reports that nearly 45% of all medical tourism in the country is dental-related.
